Since 2006, our aim has been to send two volunteer teams to Nepal annually. Below you can learn more about the rehab teams in the years leading up the pandemic, as well as their foci and goals, all in support of our rehab initiatives.
Team 23 - Fall, 2022
Nora (Physiatrist), Katie (Physiatry Resident)
James (OT) & Alex (PT)
NepalAbility was excited to reconnect with our colleagues in Nepal in the fall of 2022, following an almost 3-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic! The focus once again was on developing neuro-rehabilitation and providing ongoing education with our Nepali healthcare. |
Team 22 - Fall, 2019

Nora (Physiatrist) & Ainsley (Physiatry Resident)
By promoting neuro-rehabilitation, providing sustainable education and collaborating with our Nepali healthcare partners, our most recent team gave their knowledge, but received life experiences, new friendships and lasting memories in return on their visit to support our Nepali partners back in 2019.
